One story, three bedroom, one bath, apr. 1000 sq. ft. All appliances are included (refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, washer, and dryer) and they are all about three years old and high quality Maytag. Central air conditioning and a new furnace were also put in about three years ago. Also, about three years ago we had a qualified plumber put in a brand new sewer line out to the road which has a lifetime guarantee. Huge privacy fenced in back yard. Two and half car detached garage. Great location: very quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors, and very close to Hwy 441 and Hwy 41. We have gotten some unbiased feedback on the house and the only negatives are one: the house has low ceilings (we viewed this as a positive when we moved in because our heating and cooling costs for the house are very low). And two: there was an addition to the home and that part of the house has started to settle (we were told by an inspector that this is normal in older homes and there is no structural danger, however we did get an estimate on getting this fixed and the estimate was for $11,000). Honestly, that is the only thing that could be considered negative about this house, and we have the inspection report to prove it, so you wont have to worry about any surprises that come with buying a foreclosure or a house at auction. This was the prefect starter house for us, and I know that it can be for you too! PLEASE dont harass us with Nigerian Prince scams or We Buy Homes scams, we have done our research on trying to sell this house ourselves so dont waste your time or our time, please only respond to this ad if you are truly interested in buying this home!...
